BEMS Engineer

Noble Recruiting has a wonderful opportunity for a friendly client in Essex for an experienced BEMS Engineer. The role is full-time, permanent, with secure opportunity, company vehicle, mobile, and credit card provided. Salary ranges from £45,000 to £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits will be discussed during interview.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Building Energy Management System Controls Engineer to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out installs, commissions, system servicing, remedials, and maintaining current contracts. This position requires substantial proactive field-based, customer-facing activity, focusing on quality, client relationships, and service delivery.

• Carry out BEMS system servicing, callouts, and remedials
• Carry out BEMS system commissioning
• Light BEMS installation/retrofit small works
• Graphical & software builds, amendments, and alterations
• Manage contracts predominantly in London and the home counties, with occasional travel further afield
• Engage with client sites to offer upgrades or improvements to control systems, delivering a professional service to new and existing clients

• Recent experience working within BEMS
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Confidence working with TREND system (essential)
• Knowledge of Tridium, Siemens, or Distech is an advantage
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in the workplace
• A flair and passion for the BEMS industry
