I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a large maintenance company in Marble Arch, Central London. The role involves carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance and general building maintenance tasks on behalf of a large property management company.

My client is looking for a multi-skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer with experience in building services to work on a high‑profile corporate office based in Marble Arch.

4 days on, 4 days off
- Shift: 7am to 7pm

• Apprentice trained
• Electrical – City & Guilds Level 2 and 3 or equivalent
• Compliant with 17th / 18th Edition regulations
• Client facing
• Commercial building maintenance experience

• Basic salary of £47,000
