Floor Deep Clean Operative

We are currently looking for an experienced Floor Deep Clean Operative to join our team on a flexible basis.

• Carrying out deep cleaning of hard floors in commercial premises.
• Operating professional floor cleaning machinery, including scrubber dryers, rotary machines, buffers, and polishers.
• Floor stripping, scrubbing, polishing, burnishing, and restoration works.
• Assessing floor conditions and selecting appropriate cleaning methods and chemicals.
• Following health & safety procedures and COSHH guidelines.
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring all machinery is used safely and effectively.

• Previous experience in commercial floor deep cleaning.
• Confident operating professional floor cleaning machinery.
• Knowledge of different floor types and suitable cleaning techniques.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.

• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
• Experience working in offices, retail units, hospitality venues, or commercial buildings.
• Experience with floor sealing, polishing, and specialist floor restoration services.
