Are you currently carrying out Fire Damper Testing, Ventilation Hygiene, Ductwork Cleaning or Kitchen Extract Cleaning and looking for a role where you can earn more, develop your skills and be treated like an adult?

We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist ventilation hygiene and fire safety contractor with a strong reputation across the commercial, healthcare, education and facilities management sectors.

The Role

Working as part of a two-person team, you will be responsible for:

* Fire Damper Testing & Inspection

* Fire Damper Remedial Works

* Ventilation Hygiene

* Ductwork Cleaning

* AHU Cleaning

* Kitchen Extract Cleaning (TR19)

* Compliance Reporting

* Client Liaison on Commercial Sites

Projects are typically located across London, Essex and the South East, covering a wide range of commercial buildings, corporate offices, healthcare facilities, educational sites and hospitality environments.

Requirements

We would like to speak with candidates who have experience in one or more of the following:

Fire Damper Testing

Fire Damper Maintenance

Ventilation Hygiene

Ductwork Cleaning

Kitchen Extract Cleaning

AHU Cleaning

Building Services Maintenance

Facilities Management Maintenance

Essential

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Experience working within Fire Dampers, Ventilation Hygiene or Ductwork Cleaning

* Good communication skills

* Basic IT skills

* Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Desirable

BESA Training

TR19 Experience

Fire Damper Certification

CSCS Card

IPAF

PASMA
