At Hammersmith & Fulham, we are ambitious in reforming the council to ensure this is a place for everybody. Within the Economy department, we aim to be efficient in everything that we do. We believe our residents deserve a place that is safe, clean and green, with high quality services they can rely on.
Our Hammersmith & Fulham Adult Learning Service (HFALS) provides excellent learning and training opportunities for borough residents and beyond to help students achieve nationally recognised qualifications, support their progression into employment and develop their social, economic, and personal skills.
HFALS requires a Premises Officer to work at our new Learning and Skills Centre in White City to enable the service to provide a safe, clean, and secure environment for our students, staff and the general public.
The new Centre will be open from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday term time only. These hours may extend when the Centre is fully up and running. It is essential that the Premises Officer is able to work flexibly during term time.
Responsibilities include cleaning around the building, ground maintenance, safety, security and general site care functions and services as necessary.
BenefitsAt H&F you will have access to a comprehensive total reward package as well as a flexible working employer. All staff can request flexible working. to find out more.

We take a proactive approach to equity, diversity, and inclusion so that it is part of the fabric of the Council.
We do not apply any unnecessary conditions or requirements that could have a disproportionately adverse effect on any group. No applicant or employee will receive less favourable treatment because of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, unless a Genuine Occupational Qualification (GOQ) applies.
We are a Disability Confident Employer, committed to ensuring that our recruitment and selection process is inclusive and accessible.
