Position: Part Time Caretaker – Grade D

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 8:00-4:00 pm – Monday to Friday – Term time only

Salary: FTE £32,070 – £33,012 (actual salary £27,424 – £28,229) dependent on experience

Location: N20 0NQ

• Maintain the school site to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for the whole school community.
• Carry out DIY jobs and decoration around the site.
• Ensure the safe flow of traffic around the site during busy periods of the day.
• Maintain school grounds.

• Enthusiastic, conscientious and self‑motivated.
• Experience or willingness to undertake DIY and maintenance tasks.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety and ability to organise and supervise tasks.
• Valid DBS check and satisfactory references.
