Hygiene Service Technician

Overview

Rentokil Specialist Hygiene Technician – Croydon branch, covering the South West and South East London and surrounding area. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive training. If you enjoy managing your own schedule and solving customer problems in person, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Provide a range of hygiene cleaning services across various environments and premises, including biohazard cleaning, flood water damage clean up, infection control, police and prison cell cleaning, sharps removals, trauma and crime scene cleaning, and other technical cleaning with full training.
• Work reactively in a fast-paced business where work can change from week to week.
• Work as part of an on-call rota.
• Offer valuable advice to customers when required.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Self-motivated, reliable and proactive.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role.

• Competitive salary: basic salary £26,655 per annum plus a £2,000 yearly allowance.
• Expected OTE: £35,000+ per annum with bonus and commission schemes.
• Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone, uniform, and RI Rewards.
• Relocation assistance up to £5,000.
• Full-time, permanent role, Monday to Friday (40 hours), with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with increased salary.
