Welfare Cleaner – Construction Project in Orpington

3D Personnel is currently looking for a Welfare cleaner for a construction project in Orpington.

Day‑to‑Day Duties

Moving materials
Keeping the site clean and tidy
Unloading deliveries
Supporting other trades on site
Performing all required duties on site as instructed by the site management team
Conduct work according to industry health and safety standards
Cleaning site cabins, offices, reception areas, canteens, kitchen facilities, toilets, corridors and communal areas
Emptying bins, taking out rubbish and recycling
Wiping down and sanitising surfaces
Cleaning, sanitising, and stocking restrooms, kitchen area
Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming the floors
Keeping all communal site toilets and washing facilities clean
Keeping the drying room generally clean

Requirements

Must hold a valid CSCS Card
Must be hard‑working and driven
Must have valid /Passport
Must have full PPE (hard hat, hi‑vis, and safety boots)
