LHR Cargo - Warehouse ULD Agent

Overview

Menzies Aviation, a global aviation partner, delivers time‑critical logistics services across 350 locations in 65+ countries.

ULD Agent with administrative duties working Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 14:00.

• Manage ULD in line with Menzies and airline standards.
• Liaise with ULD suppliers and airlines to maintain ULD stock levels.
• Report ULD damage and coordinate repatriation of damaged ULDs.
• Coordinate with CSMs for pallet stack preparation for repatriation.
• Perform stock counts as required.

Ensure reasonable care of health, safety and wellbeing of self and others. Adhere to company policies and workplace safety rules. The company prohibits misuse of alcohol and drugs and enforces a Substance Misuse Policy.

• Extensive cargo experience.
• Excellent practical knowledge of computer systems, including MACH.
• Ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently to tight and flexible deadlines.
