Job Description

We’re seeking a reliable, energetic, and hardworking Hospitality Venue Cleaner with a keen eye for detail to join our team at Cato, London. As a Venue Cleaner, you’ll play an essential role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue. You’ll ensure all guest areas, facilities, and back‑of‑house spaces are spotless, tidy, and welcoming — helping to create the best possible experience for our guests and team alike.

• Clean and maintain all front and back‑of‑house areas, including bar, restaurant, toilets, and communal spaces
• Carry out thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising of surfaces
• Empty bins and handle waste disposal appropriately
• Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies when needed
• Report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Work independently and efficiently to complete all tasks within the allocated time

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience essential
• A strong work ethic and excellent attention to detail
• Reliable, punctually, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and pride in maintaining high standards
• Flexible to provide additional cover during holidays when needed

• Wed‑Sun Mornings (approximately 2 hours per shift)
