We are looking for a customer-focused Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in North London to work across our estates in Haringey and Enfield.

Duties will include inspecting and cleaning communal areas ensuring that our estates are kept clean and hazard free with high standards maintained.

You’ll be sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas as well as carrying out health and safety checks.

Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.

Applicants must hold a full valid manual UK driving licence as you may be required to drive company vehicles for work use only.
