Overview
Join our London-based engineering team as a Mobile Engineer. This role supports customers across the capital, working 42 hours per week (Monday to Friday). It involves on-site repairs, maintenance of equipment, and providing excellent customer service while collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations. Our client is a leading UK hire provider offering a wide range of tools, specialist hire equipment, plant, and support services.
Responsibilities- Perform on-site repairs and maintenance of equipment
- Diagnose issues and carry out necessary repairs in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients
- Maintain records of services performed and equipment status
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Proven experience as a Mobile Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in engineering or mechanics
