FPMR Ltd in Greater London is seeking a reliable Caretaker to maintain four buildings and external areas to a high standard. You will conduct daily site walks, report issues, and support engineers with minor tasks.
Working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, you are the first point of contact for residents and must prioritise safety, cleanliness and orderly access. The role involves minor repairs and helping keep drainage and bin areas clean.
