Static / Mobile Service Role
We are working with a well-established Building Management Systems specialist to recruit a Trend BMS Service Engineer to support a growing portfolio of prestigious London clients.
This role offers the perfect balance of a static site and mobile service work, with the successful candidate spending Tuesday to Thursday based at Great Ormond Street Hospital, while supporting additional commercial customer sites across London on Mondays and Fridays.

Role Overview
As a Trend BMS Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance, reactive callouts, fault finding and small works across a portfolio of London sites.
The majority of your week will be spent providing dedicated BMS support at Great Ormond Street Hospital, ensuring critical systems remain operational, while the remainder of your time will be supporting commercial customers across London.
This role would suit an experienced Trend engineer looking for a varied position with a mixture of static site responsibility and field-based service work.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance on Trend BMS systems
Respond to reactive breakdowns and fault-finding activities
Diagnose and rectify BMS control system faults
Deliver small works and minor modifications where required
Provide dedicated BMS support at Great Ormond Street Hospital (Tuesday-Thursday)
Support additional commercial customer sites across London on Mondays and Fridays
Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service delivery
Complete service documentation and reports accurately
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company procedures
The Ideal Candidate
You'll be an experienced BMS Service Engineer who enjoys working independently while delivering excellent customer service.
You'll ideally possess:
Strong experience servicing and fault finding on Trend BMS systems (IQ3/IQ4 preferred)
Previous BMS service and maintenance experience
Ability to work independently across multiple customer sites
Excellent customer-facing communication skills
Experience with additional BMS platforms such as Niagara/Tridium, Siemens, Schneider or EasyIO (advantageous)
Full UK Driving Licence
