This position is within the Facilities Department of Uxbridge High School Academy Trust. The role supports the safe, clean, and well‑maintained environment of the school, serving students, staff, visitors, and community users.

• Conduct daily security and site inspections.
• Perform maintenance tasks and small repairs.
• Assist with porterage and event support.
• Coordinate lettings and provide customer service to visitors.
• Maintain building, grounds, and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to support a welcoming environment.

• Experience in maintenance, caretaking, facilities, estates, building services, or engineering.
• Strong work ethic and pleasant attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Capability to handle a range of tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to contribute to the school's community life.

Full‑time role covering 7am to 9pm Monday‑Friday and 8am to 4pm Saturday. Flexible working options available.
