Residential Estate Cleaner - Greenwich SE

The overall purpose of this role is to maintain the quality standards of the development by keeping communal areas clean and tidy in order to provide an exceptional level of service to all residents.

  Greenwich, London, SE10
• Annual Salary: £26,850
• Hours/Working Pattern: 8am-4pm, 5 Days including Saturday & Sunday

We would be happy for you to select one of the below shift patterns.

• Wednesday
  - Sunday (Monday & Tuesday Off) 8am-4pm
• Thursday
  - Monday (Tuesday & Wednesday Off) 8am-4pm
• Friday
  - Tuesday (Wednesday & Thursday Off) 8am-4pm
• Saturday
  - Wednesday (Thursday & Friday Off) 8am-4pm

• Vacuum/mop/polish floors of the main entrances and all other internal areas.
• Clean glass in windows/doors main entrances and all other internal areas.
• Clean internals and surrounds of lifts.
• Clean light fittings, check light bulbs and log for replacement if required.
• Report to Service Manager or Head Concierge any faults or hazards.

• Experience in cleaning or caretaking
• Good standard of education
• Be competent in the use of a smart phone.
• Be legally able to work in the UK.
• Be fit and able to carry out the duties required.
