Tarmac is seeking a Maintenance Fitter Supervisor for the Hayes Asphalt Plant in London. The role reports to the Operations Manager and centres on planned preventative maintenance, fault finding and reactive maintenance across the plant, including rail discharge systems.
You will lead the maintenance team, plan and coordinate work, ensure safety standards, and liaise with site management. Strong electrical knowledge and flexible on-call availability are essential.
