Residential Caretaker

Felstead Cleaning & Gardening Ltd is looking for a reliable, hardworking and proactive Full-Time Caretaker to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors and indoors, and has excellent customer service skills.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards across a residential development, ensuring communal areas are clean, safe and well-presented.

• Cleaning communal areas, entrances and stairwells
• Litter picking and keeping external areas tidy
• Sweeping and washing pathways
• Bin store management and cleanliness
• Removing cobwebs and cleaning communal windows
• Carrying out routine property inspections
• Replacing light bulbs where required
• Reporting maintenance issues to the office
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks where appropriate
• Providing excellent customer service to residents and clients

• Previous caretaking or commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
