Homes for Students in London is recruiting a Maintenance Operative for The Paragon in Brentford. This 40-hour-per-week role runs Monday to Friday and focuses on planned and reactive property maintenance.
You will ensure statutory compliance, keep the property in good repair, report actions, and liaise with suppliers and contractors to deliver a high-quality service and positive customer experience. The post holder should work with minimal supervision and be proactive in resolving issues.
