Elix Sourcing Solutions in the United Kingdom is recruiting a Senior Maintenance Engineer/Team Leader in Rotherham. The role is Monday to Friday with shift patterns: 05:30-14:00, 13:30-22:00 or 21:30-06:00, offering £52,500-£57,500 plus regular overtime, training and pension.
You will lead a small engineering team, perform hands-on machinery maintenance, own the CMMS, drive continuous improvement and oversee the PPM schedule in a growing manufacturing environment.
