London Borough of Havering is seeking two permanent full-time caretakers (36 hours/week) and one part-time caretaker (18 hours/week) to maintain estates. The role focuses on safety, cleanliness and asset protection across multiple estates in Havering.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and the ability to manage workloads with minimal supervision. A full manual driving licence is required and DBS checks may apply.
