CYGNET Beckton is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all routine maintenance, repair and installation work on site, ensuring actions are compliant, on budget, and delivered by a hands-on team. The role is on-site in a hospital environment with a 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 8:00–16:30).
You will oversee refurbishment works, manage estate records and lead the maintenance team, with line management and budgetary responsibilities. An enhanced DBS check will be required.
