Salary: £23,088 per annum (£14.80 per hour)

Hours: 30 hours per week, worked on a rota basis over 6 days out of 7

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Cleaner to join our Housekeeping team at our modern Kennington Lane residence. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive team dedicated to providing a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our residents.

Occasionally, you may also be asked to work at our Great Portland Street residence near Regent's Park.

As a Cleaner, you'll play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the residence. Your duties will include:

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, communal areas and outdoor spaces.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Making beds and changing bedding where required.
• Replenishing toiletries and other consumables.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely.
• Dusting, wiping and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Reporting maintenance issues and lost property.
• Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely in line with COSHH regulations.
• Helping to maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our residents.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous cleaning experience in a hotel, student accommodation, residential or similar environment.
• Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness.
• Is reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Has excellent attention to detail.
• Can work independently as well as part of a team.
• Is physically able to carry out manual cleaning duties, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods.
• Has good verbal communication skills and is comfortable reporting issues to supervisors.
• Understands the importance of health, safety and hygiene procedures.

• £14.80 per hour (£23,088 per annum based on 30 hours per week)
• 28 days' holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with service by up to 6 additional days
