Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician looking to take your career on the road? Our client, a leading UK automotive breakdown and repair organisation, is seeking a dedicated Roadside Vehicle Technician to join their team in Kingston upon Thames and the surrounding SW London & Surrey regions. Benefits- Competitive basic salary of £55,869, with an expected annual earning of £61,000 including incentives and overtime

- Respond promptly to roadside assistance requests across Kingston upon Thames, SW London, and Surrey
- Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues on a fully equipped mobile service vehicle
- Work independently to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic problems across various vehicle types, from city cars to 4x4s
- Provide excellent customer service with a calm, professional, and friendly approach during stressful roadside situations
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and communicate effectively with customers and the office team
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times while working on site or on the roadside
- Minimum of NVQ Level 2 or IMI equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Proven mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic experience on a diverse range of vehicles
- Full UK driving licence with minimal points
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating organisation, methodical working practices, and time management skills
- Calm, personable, and customer-focused attitude, able to manage stressful scenarios effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, with roster provided in advance
