Temporary Porter/Caretaker Opportunities - London We are currently recruiting Temporary Porters/Caretakers for a range of residential developments across London . As a Temporary Porter/Caretaker , you will play a key role in ensuring each building is clean, safe, and well-presented while providing support to residents, visitors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities Hoovering, sweeping, and polishing communal areas Litter picking and keeping external areas clean and tidy Taking out and collecting bins (up to three times per week) Monitoring access to the building and welcoming visitors Manning the front desk and assisting residents with queries Receiving and assisting with post and courier deliveries Maintaining effective communication with residents, the Property Management Company, and Abbatt Monitoring contractors working on site Carrying out fire alarm testing (site dependent) Keeping accurate daily site logs Sweeping building entrances and maintaining presentation standards Using initiative to resolve day-to-day issues on site Completing any additional duties as instructed by management What We're Looking For Excellent written and spoken English Strong communication and customer service skills A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures Knowledge of fire safety regulations A proactive, reliable, and professional approach The ability to work independently and use your own initiative Location London Pay £12.75 - £13.85 per hour Start Date Immediate starts available
