deverellsmith is recruiting a Maintenance Operative to support a Social Housing and HMO team across Greater London. The role focuses on hands-on repairs, adherence to health, safety and compliance standards, and acting as a key contact for residents and contractors.
You will work four days across property sites within the M25 and one day in the office, reporting to the Operations Manager. A proactive, communicative approach is essential, with prior trade or repairs experience and a basic DBS
