Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Community and Estates Management teams in a residential building in Greater London. You will perform high-standard repairs, inspections, and planned works, ensuring statutory compliance of building fabric and M&E systems.
You will diagnose faults, undertake day-to-day maintenance, coordinate with contractors, maintain safety records, and keep residents informed via the maintenance system.
