Trainee Property Maintenance & Site Support Operative

Catch 22 are recruiting on behalf of an established Property and Facilities Management business for a Trainee Property Maintenance & Site Support Operative based in London.

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity offering an excellent route into the property maintenance and facilities management sector. The role would ideally suit someone at trainee or entry level who is keen to develop a long-term career within a growing business.

The position is fully site-based from E14, with regular travel to client sites across London. Due to the nature and location of the sites, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as many locations can be difficult to access via public transport.

• Temp-to-perm opportunity
• Main working hours are Monday to Friday with a 1 hour unpaid break, however you must be flexible around business needs
• Some outside core hours and weekend work as and when required
• Salary up to £25,000 per annum, depending on age, experience and suitability
