Porter / Estate Assistant – Spencer Close, Finchley N3. London
Close Limited is looking for a reliable and experienced Porter/Estate Assistant to join our residential estate team in North London.
This is v ery much a hands-on position.
Key Responsibilities- general estate duties
- minor maintenance and practical tasks
- regular building and grounds inspections
- assisting residents
- monitoring security and access
- dealing with contractors and deliveries
- keeping communal areas well presented
- promptly reporting maintenance and health & safety issues
Week 1 - Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Week 2 - Monday to Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-12:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm
Pattern then alternates every other week.
Previous experience as an Estate Assistant, Porter, Caretaker, Maintenance Assistant or within residential property management would be an advantage.
