CBW in West London is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a commercial office building in Hammersmith. The role covers mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance with a plumbing bias, and offers career progression with training.
You should be mechanically/plumbing qualified (C&G, NVQ), with a proven track record in Building Maintenance, plus strong communication and leadership skills. Healthcare experience is highly desirable.
