Retail Trust is seeking a committed individual to join our Marshall Hall team at the Mill Hill estate. You will support the Maintenance and Compliance Operative and Estate Manager, ensuring repairs and maintenance across homes and communal areas, including gardens, are carried out to a high standard and residents have a safe environment.
You will maintain health and safety records, undertake inspections, and assist in painting, decorating, and equipment upkeep.
