Day Engineer

As Day Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring our hotel facilities, guest rooms, public spaces and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards, creating a safe, comfortable and seamless experience for our guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance across the hotel.
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and guest issues.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building systems.
• Supporting contractors and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and compliance documentation.
• Assisting with hotel projects, refurbishments and upgrades.
• Ensuring the hotel remains safe, compliant and operational at all times.
• Providing shift cover when required, including for annual leave, sickness and other absences.
