Job Objective&Responsibilities:

We arelookingtoappointaproactive

Cleaning Operative to join our team andassistinmaintainingaclean and safeshoppingenvironmentfor all our customersandstaff.

Your role will be to deliver cleaning services to clients facilities in and around the building indoors and outdoors to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Cleaning floors across the shopping centre areas including toilets managementsuiteand back of the house areas.

• Mopping/dusting damp mopping sweeping vacuuming litter picking picking up larger objects off the floor andthecleaning glass doors/glass panels/windows clean all stainless-steel fixtures and door panels wet/dry

• General cleaningofexternal and internalareasincludingservice yards and turning circle as required.

• Beingapoint of contact for customers who needassistanceand help.

• Being watchful for health and safety issues and to report them tothe control room immediately.

• Keeping the site safe clean & welcomingforour client tenants and visitors.

• Beingabrand ambassador for both The Sidings Waterloo andABM.

• Cleaner service experience within the retail or similar environment (preferable).

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to use own initiative toidentifyand prioritise tasks.

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.

• Approachable and courteous manner.

• Excellent attention to detail within cleaning responsibilities.

• The ability to be flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role & the business.
