You will act as the primary contact for FM needs, coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, and support compliance with operational, regulatory, and contractual standards to ensure safe, functional buildings.
This role requires versatility in hard and soft FM services, an eye for detail, and the ability to work with contractors.
