Capital City College Enterprise (CCCE) is seeking an Operational Facilities Officer to join our estates and facilities team on a permanent basis. You will manage building tasks, oversee maintenance programs, and ensure safe, compliant operations across CCC campuses.
The role requires a professional qualification in estates or facilities, and experience with hard and soft FM services. IOSH/NEBOSH certification is preferred, and familiarity with Building Management Systems is advantageous.
