We are currently looking for an experienced Cleaner to join a social housing maintenance team, carrying out cleaning duties across residential properties throughout London.

THE ROLE:

Cleaning social housing properties and communal areas
Deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans and general cleaning
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors and other areas
Ensuring properties are left clean, presentable and ready for residents
Travelling between properties across London
Reporting any damage or maintenance issues
Working professionally around residents and within occupied properties REQUIREMENTS:

Previous cleaning experience, ideally within social housing or residential properties
Own vehicle is essential due to travelling between properties
Reliable and professional approach
Good understanding of health and safety
Able to work independently £16.45 per hour CIS
8am–5pm
North London head office – covering properties across London
Vehicle essential
