Building Maintenance Supervisor

A leading facilities management provider is looking for a Building Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance delivery across three public-sector sites in London.
This is a hands-on working supervisor position, combining mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled maintenance with responsibility for an eight-person engineering team.

The Role  
As the Building Maintenance Supervisor, you'll:
 
Lead eight engineers delivering planned and reactive maintenance across three sites.
Complete hands-on mechanical, electrical or multi-skilled building maintenance.
Allocate workloads and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
Support engineer development while maintaining high service delivery standards.
Ensure maintenance activities meet health, safety and statutory requirements.
Build strong working relationships with client stakeholders across the portfolio.  About You
To be successful as the Building Maintenance Supervisor, you'll have:
 
City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent mechanical or electrical qualification.
Proven experience within a maintenance supervisor or lead engineer position.
Strong technical knowledge of building services maintenance and compliance.
Experience working across multiple sites would be advantageous.
Strong communication, organisation and team leadership skills.
Must be willing and able to undergo SC Clearance.  What's in it for You?  
£46,000–£48,000 salary.
Permanent, full-time position.
Monday–Friday working pattern.
