We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable workshop in Dartford for an experienced Motorcycle Technician / MOT Tester.

• Up to £36,000 annual salary, with overtime and incentives raising earnings to approximately £40,000 per year
• Full-time, permanent position with a standard Monday to Friday schedule

• Conduct motorcycle repairs, servicing, diagnostics, and fault finding
• Perform MOT testing in accordance with industry standards
• Advise customers on repair options and explain faults clearly
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times
• Assist the team in achieving productivity targets
• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Proven experience as a Motorcycle Technician / MOT Tester
• Current MOT Testing qualification (Class 1 preferred)
• Strong diagnostic skills and sound technical knowledge of motorcycles
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid full UK driving licence
