Working Cleaning Supervisor Evenings –Richmond upon Thames
6pm to 9pm 15 hours a week
£15.80 per hour.
The RoleWe are seeking a reliable and motivated hands on Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in Richmond . Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in supervising and leading a team, ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times .
This role is an ideal position if you have experience as a professional cleaning Operative with some team supervisory experience within a cleaning team.
- Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, & industry standards.
- Supervise and lead a team
- Take ownership of the quality of work within your team and cleaning tasks
- Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
- Supervisor. in line with the service level agreement.
- Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
- Deliver an excellent service.
- Training and development opportunities.
Experience working in a corporate environment and supervising a team
