The Role

At Soho House the Night Cleaner plays a key role in ensuring that all areas of the property remain spotless hygienic and well-presented for members guests and staff. Working during overnight hours you will carry out cleaning duties in public areas restaurants bars offices and back-of-house spaces to maintain the highest cleanliness standards.

The Night Cleaner will work independently or as part of a small overnight team ensuring that the property is ready for the next days operations.

Key duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of public areas offices back-of-house spaces restrooms restaurants and bars overnight.
• Vacuum mop dust polish and sanitise surfaces to required standards.
• Deep clean areas not possible during daytime service hours (e.g. kitchens carpets event spaces).
• Replenish supplies such as toiletries towels and cleaning materials where required.
• Safely handle and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Follow health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
• Report maintenance issues or hazards identified during night shifts.
• Support with waste management and recycling processes.
• Work discreetly and professionally in member and guest-facing areas.

What we are looking for...

A successful Night Cleaner for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. Youll be reliable friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

• Previous cleaning housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods materials and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Reliability discretion and a professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
