ROLE EXPECTATIONS
You will take pride in keeping the communal areas immaculate, safe and welcoming, carrying out daily cleaning, basic maintenance and regular checks. Youll be the friendly first point of contact for residents and contractors, handling queries, coordinating works and escalating issues promptly. You will balance hands-on tasks with diligent record-keeping to ensure compliance and smooth day-to-day operations.
