We are seeking a reliable and motivated

Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in London . Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.

• To supervise the day and evening cleaning operatives.
• Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
• Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
• Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
• Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your Manager
• Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
• Support colleagues where needed to deliver an excellent service.
• Ensure adhoc tasks are covered for regularly meeting requests and company events.
• Inspect facilities regularly and run audits to fix any cleaning shortfalls.
• Make sure teams follow health and safety rules and use protective gear correctly.

• A positive attitude and commitment to high standards.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow clear instructions.
• Previous cleaning experience as supervisor.
• Good English speaking and reading abilities.
