About the Role We are looking for a Lead Mobile Maintenance Engineer to provide technical expertise across a portfolio of commercial sites in Central London. You will be the go‑to technical specialist, ensuring high‑quality, safe, and compliant maintenance of building systems.

This is a mobile role where you will support several buildings, lead on complex issues, and ensure smooth operation across your designated patch.

Key Responsibilities Deliver planned and reactive electrical and building services maintenance across multiple Central London sites.

Act as the technical lead, supporting site teams with troubleshooting, capacity planning, and system optimisation.

Diagnose and repair faults quickly and effectively to minimise downtime.

Ensure all work complies with statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal procedures.

Coordinate maintenance tasks and provide guidance to engineers and contractors.

Maintain accurate records, service reports, and compliance documentation.

Build strong relationships with clients, providing clear communication and technical advice.

Support improvement initiatives across the site portfolio, including system reliability and capacity performance.

Skills & Experience Fully qualified Electrical or Mechanical (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).18th Edition Strong background in commercial maintenance, ideally in a mobile or multi‑site role.

Excellent fault‑finding and technical problem‑solving skills.

Confident working across a portfolio with varied building systems.

Strong communication and customer‑facing skills.

Strong technical understanding of building systems and electrical maintenance.
