About the Role:

Adagio is looking for a sharp, reliable, and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced property team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week
.

This role is ideal for someone who is physically capable, efficient, dependable, and proactive
. You will play an important role in keeping the property safe, functional, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of property maintenance issues.
• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance to minimise breakdowns.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, and common areas to identify potential problems.
• Help keep the property safe, clean, functional, and well maintained
  .
• Complete maintenance tasks efficiently and to a high standard.
• Track, document, and report maintenance issues to management.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest practical solutions.
• Prioritise tasks effectively and manage time across multiple requests.
• Work independently while communicating clearly with management and other team members.
• Strong time-management and organisational skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Practical, hands-on approach with the ability to think outside the box

• Physically capable of carrying out active maintenance work.

• Previous experience in property or general maintenance
