Executive Housekeeper, Notting Hill – Up to £60,000 gpa Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm A lovely opportunity for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to take on a solo position with a warm and friendly family of four in their beautiful Notting Hill home.

This role offers real autonomy and suits a proactive self-starter who takes pride in running a home to a high standard. Alongside all housekeeping duties, you'll manage the household's day-to-day organisation, from coordinating contractors and running errands to keeping diaries in order and making sure everything relating to the home is taken care of. Strong initiative is key, as is being tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook calendars.

The family are kind and down to earth, and this would suit someone who enjoys becoming a trusted pair of hands within a household. They often split their time between London and the country, so there's a good balance of quieter days to get everything in order and busier days when the family are in residence. The home holds a beautiful collection of antiques, artwork and silverware, so previous experience caring for antiques and other delicate, valuable items is essential.

You'll know the correct products and methods to use and be confident looking after high-quality finishes and furnishings. There's also a lovely, friendly dog, so you'll need to be comfortable around dogs and happy to help with his care when needed. A live-in nanny looks after the children, so the role is very much focused on the home, reporting to the family and their PA.

That said, you should be child friendly and happy to lend a hand with the children from time to time. The family enjoy cooking themselves, so no cooking is required, though occasional meal prep would be helpful. Fluent English and excellent communication skills are essential. The property is around a three-minute walk from Notting Hill tube station.
