Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm
Contract: Permanent
We are looking for a skilled, proactive and hands-on Maintenance Caretaker to support the Building Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy multi-occupied office building in London.
This is a maintenance-focused position, combining general building repairs, preventative maintenance, caretaking, security and occasional front-of-house support.
The successful candidate must have proven practical maintenance skills and be confident carrying out minor repairs independently, including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating.
You'll play an important role in keeping the building safe, secure, well maintained and running smoothly, whilst providing a professional service to tenants and visitors.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general building maintenance, repairs and routine upkeep.
Undertake basic plumbing repairs, including leaks, taps, toilets and minor pipework issues.
Complete basic carpentry, painting, decorating and general handyman tasks.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance requests.
