You will manage the PPM programme, coordinate reactive maintenance and use Pro Net CAFM to track work orders and contractor performance.
You will ensure compliance with health & safety requirements and support openings, refurbishments, and landlord maintenance matters. A UK-wide driving licence and travel will be required.
