• Floor Maintenance:
  Sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing concrete and epoxy resin floors across warehouse aisles, loading bays, and packing areas to remove dust, debris, and spillages.
• Waste Management:
  Emptying all bins and waste stations, ensuring segregation of recyclables, and preparing waste for collection, keeping dock areas tidy.
• High-Level & Detail Cleaning:
  Dusting racking, light fixtures, and ventilation points. Cleaning windows, doors, and signage to maintain a professional environment.
• Sanitisation Stations:
  Thorough cleaning and restocking of staff welfare areas, canteens, and locker rooms, including sanitising surfaces, tables, and appliances.
• Spill Response & Safety:
  Promptly and safely addressing chemical or product spills using appropriate PPE and absorbent materials, following COSHH regulations.
• Equipment Care:
  Basic cleaning and maintenance of cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers, industrial vacuums, and pressure washers, reporting any faults.

Experience & Attitude

• Proven experience in commercial, industrial, or warehouse cleaning.
• A strong, proactive work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Reliability and punctuality are non-negotiable for these immediate start roles.
• A keen eye for detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Practical & Physical

• Good level of physical fitness for lifting, bending, and being on your feet.
• Understanding of basic health & safety principles in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment as trained.
• Right to work in the UK; some roles may require a basic DBS check.
