Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity to grow your skills and be part of a dynamic team? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us our Facilities Team to deliver a range of customer-focused facilities support and premises services.
Responsibilities- Undertake premises audits and inspections;
- ensure that the hospice premises are maintained in a safe and tidy condition;
- assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries;
- undertake a range of porterage duties ensuring that specified room furniture layouts are delivered;
- support all retail outlets;
- provide a first-line access control/security presence at specified properties;
- co-ordinate with contractors where required;
- undertake health and safety duties;
- respond to incidents;
- help our group of volunteer gardeners with various jobs.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Experience providing facilities support.
- Good handyperson and maintenance experience.
- Communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Have a proactive and can-do attitude.
- Calm and professional demeanour.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Work van provided in work hours.
- Free parking on site.
- Affordable meals when working.
