  • Keeping outdoor areas tidy through litter picking, sweeping, waste management and basic grounds maintenance

  • Completing minor repairs and maintenance within your skills and training

  • Carrying out routine site checks and promptly reporting hazards, defects and maintenance needs

  • Helping set up rooms, furniture and equipment for school activities and events

  • Using and storing cleaning products, tools and equipment safely

  • Can prioritise daily tasks while responding to urgent needs

  • Understands the importance of safe working practices and is willing to undertake relevant training

  • Is approachable, respectful and works well with colleagues

  • Shares our commitment to safeguarding and our values of Respect, Confidence and Excellence

Experience in school premises, caretaking, cleaning or facilities work would be an advantage. We also welcome applicants with relevant practical skills gained in other settings.
